3) Shrewd Negotiator: Whether it was during the buying or selling time, in spite of all the data being against us, Mr Paliwal got me the $ figure that was the goal in my mind. He would spare me the details of how he did it, what did he have to say, what did he have to hear, what ancillary projects he had to offer up, etc., but he would get me the $ target. As they say, actions speak louder than words.

We got our first home through RE/MAX Real Estate agents -Team Paliwal in 2014 and now after 6 years we wanted to move into a bigger house so we knew where to go, and it was Mr Gyanesh Paliwal and his team.

We started our search earlier in January 2020 and team Paliwal showed us so many houses during this period of time with all happiness and then things went down due to COVID. After everything slowed down, we started our search again with all precautions. We must say that Team Paliwal has been taking good care of their client in the showings during COVID 19.

My wife and I were very clear regarding our requirement for a new house and so they were showing us houses which fulfil most of our requirement. Every time they show us house with same great smile, energy and enthusiastic approach.

They came with us for inspection and was checking all minor details with a home inspector to ensure everything is good in house.

Mercedes or Pontiac..? The choice is yours!

You would not shop for the wedding at Walmart - for such milestones in life, we look for Quality.

Value, Comfort, Trust and Reliability - adjectives can just go on!

When Sandhya and I commenced house hunting - we had been 18 months in Canada - Confused with the 'What' (type or location of the house)..and new to the 'How' (to go about the whole thing).

Price - big factor! Agents promised 'incentives' ..attractive! But was I in the market to spend 3 quarters of a million only to compromise for a fractional incentive? Unwise - some would say.

Then Mercedes appeared! First impressions of Anshu and Gyanesh Paliwal - was like experiencing Mercedes - silent yet efficient and effective! We don't see loud adverts on bus stops and radio channels.

Paliwals promised us, their individual attention, time, no pressure environment and partnership - with 5 countries and 19 years in multi-national corporations, I have learnt this makes business sense.

They promised to be there whenever we need - so who does not? But how many deliver..They were there at a notice of 30 minutes in the middle of a work day - just because a particular front yard looked nice to me. Another time in rain (literally) waiting at an hours' notice. He would be there before us. Every time - talk of sincerity. On properties that was not their shortlist - and we learnt later, they guessed with experience, we won't even like the property! But they still they came. On one such impulsive (I have them often!!) oh-this-is-the-house occasion when they were both in the US, within hours they mobilised their daughter Akanksha Paliwal - also a REALTOR, to take us for the showing! Open and responsive to feedback - our greatest comfort was a truly no pressure environment.

We decided - a decision worth well over half a million should be done with 100% mind - sans emotion! So we avoided the 'incentives' that the heart liked and went with Paliwals knowing we will be guided to secure the right property! And be associated with a tightly run business, sincere and smart decision making, and acute business sense! All of which they dedicate - delivering Quality!

How do they manage it? Well, quoting Gyanesh Paliwal "we want to give the best service to the premium Customer. Not running after quantity".

The purchase is 12 months now, we bought in September 2014, and has gained a sweet $100k. I refrained from writing a review for 12 months, precisely to let our excitement subside!

Looking back - I would not change a thing! Or our Realtor! Would not trust anyone else with my three quarters of a million! Would you?

But its up to you.. after all Pontiac is also nice car, nothing wrong with it (so I hear)..would you rather not go for a Mercedes? "
